RESIDENTS HELP DEPUTIES CATCH SUSPECTS IN THE WOODLANDS
Just after 2 am on February 6, deputies responded to a call about people walking through a Panther Creek neighborhood in The Woodlands and checking car door handles. When Montgomery County Sheriff’s Deputies arrived, they spotted two suspects dressed in black with latex gloves, who ran off on foot.
With help from the Conroe Police K9 Unit and real-time updates from nearby residents, deputies were able to track down and arrest two juveniles. Officials say it is a strong reminder that quick calls from neighbors can make a real difference in keeping the community safe.

CELEBRATE ISAAC CONROE AT FREE FOUNDER’S DAY EVENT FEB 19
Conroe Founder’s Day is back on Tuesday, February 19, at 4 pm at Founders Plaza Park. This free event brings neighbors together with local leaders, period docents, and a flag presentation by Conroe High School ROTC.
The celebration honors city founder Isaac Conroe and includes the Citizen of the Year and Lifetime Achievement awards. Pine seeds will be handed out, and descendants of Isaac Conroe will be there as the community gathers to celebrate Conroe’s history and continued growth.

Our tagline is "The Concierge of Home Services." We offer a multitude of home services all under ONE platform: General Handyman, Pressure Washing. Landscaping, House Cleaning, Roofing, Painting, Pest Control, HVAC repair, Plumbing, etc. And soon to add pet sitting, elderly care and personal trainers!
We serve ALL customers who are simply looking to eliminate the hassle of finding a quality vendor. We do that for them by having vetted pros already onboarded onto the platform
How long have you been operating in the community?
I literally just launched in January of this year!
What makes your business special?
What makes it special is: ME! My job is to provide a seamless, white-glove experience for every customer. If you call me, email me, or text me, I will answer! No AI prompts, no email form that takes 3 days for a response, no ghosting to texts. I will ensure the smoothest customer journey possible.
What do you wish more people knew about this business?

CHAMBER WELCOMES NEW BOARD MEMBER FROM WOODFOREST BANK
The Conroe/Lake Conroe Chamber is welcoming a new Board member this month. Josh Fowler works on the Treasury Management team at Woodforest National Bank and brings more than 19 years of experience in banking.
He is passionate about his faith and serving the Montgomery County community. Josh met his wife, Alicia, at Texas State University, and they are raising their two sons, Holden and Hayes.

Texas A&M Women Sweep SEC Weekly Track Awards
It was a big week for Texas A&M women’s track and field. Camryn Dickson, Sofia Yakushina, and Lily Carlson swept the SEC weekly awards after standout performances.
Dickson ran a personal best in the 200m, Yakushina won the pentathlon at the Charlie Thomas Invitational, and Carlson broke her own school pole vault record. Next up, the team heads to meets in Albuquerque and Boston.
Texas A&M Men’s Basketball Faces Missouri Tonight at 8 PM
Texas A&M men’s basketball is back home tonight as the Aggies take on Missouri at Reed Arena at 8 pm on The SEC Network. The team is looking to bounce back and keep its strong SEC season going.
Fans are encouraged to wear maroon, and the first 3,000 through the doors will get a Maroon Out shirt. Family-friendly activities open before tip-off, and tickets are still available.
